Info/Tool-Tip/Summary Info Available to users for Reports & Dashboards

One of our CSM's suggested the implementation of a "tool tip" or "Hover-bubble" or "Info" icon that would provide an icon (?) on each dashboard, report and widget that would provide a text summary/explanation of what the item is showing.

        +1! We also received the comment from one of our CSM who would also like to have this feature on the timeline fields so that we can put notes to help new team members.
