Our team uses JIRA to track enhancement requests and we’d also like to get our CSMs out of JIRA for creating the requests. Without an integration, or opening up the Enhancement Request object to Rules Engine, I can’t really make it work.

Hello Jason, we are looking to implement a Jira integration for Ideas- enhancement requests also. Any progress? We would like 2-way. Idea/Owner/Comments/Status pass from GS to Jira, Status only passes back from Jira to GS.
