Sure would be great if the Email Templates “Used In” accounted for use of templates in Playbooks.

Yes, we are working on this enhancement, and soon this will also be accounted in used in count.


Sad to see this still not rolled out 4 years after it was being worked on. Having the ability to easily see which playbooks a template it is would be so helpful with some of our efforts when doing mass updates or cleanups within our instance.
