JO Enhancement request

Trading Technologies team has requested for following enhancement request on advanced JO-

They need to ensure that all members of their Service team can easily send mass communications. The current process is non-intuitive and too complex for widespread adoption (currently requiring CSV upload, column mapping, sync, filter, selection across pages, and finally Publish).

To simplify this, they need the following:

1. Simplicity of Use for Emergency Communication

- 1a. CSV upload should not require column mapping, provided we use gainsight predefined column names.
- 1b. A new button to access the email template directly from the "Send Email" screen. You already have a setting button, next to the template.

- 1c. A new single button on the "Send Email" screen to execute the communication once the CSV is uploaded (similar to the existing "Republish Now" function); And, if no new CSV was uploaded, the last list of recipients is re-used automatically 

2. One Email per Client Company

They require the ability to send one email per client company, with all recipients for that company included in the "To" field. This is supported in the simpler model but not the complex one. They also need to leverage the existing feature that allows the client company name to be a variable in the subject line.
