Customer Model N has request that Journey Orchestrator to support an option to trigger CTA creation for partially submitted responses, specifically when the NPS score question has been answered. This would be consistent with the existing CTA configuration available for fully completed responses, and could be scoped to opt-in behavior so teams who prefer to exclude partials are unaffected.
