Journey Orchestrator Participant query details

I love the Journey orchestrator. however it doesn’t have the same troubleshooting ability as rule engine does. So when I pull a participant list or go back to a stopped journey to look at participant list logic it’s hard to do from the execution history. I would love to see more details from the execution history again mimics what rules engine provides.

    Agreed. It drives me crazy that I can’t “View Participant History” from the Participants list in the Source section. I have to navigate to Screenshot view, choose a place in the journey, find that participant, then click “View Participant History.”

    @sarahmiracle you can click the activity view and then hit participant activity which will then bring up a similar participant view but it will have ‘View Activity’ on the far right. Similar number of steps but might be quicker when trying to pinpoint a single contact.
