Would we be able to get the JO Schedule as a widget so we can add to our home screen / dashboards?

    That’s an interesting idea. Is it for your use users home or for a potential Admin Home?

    I’ve come up with a dashboard that tells users WHERE in programs a contact is at any given moment: what program and then what exact step in the program.

    I feel that would maybe be more useful than a schedule, especially where we have the program schedule vs. the action program schedule (in Dynamic JO), and the source schedule doesn’t tell us when an email will be sent. It’s the action execution schedule that sort of does. 

     

     

    The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.
