Keep text in KPI widgets with goal variance fixed

This feels like much too little whitespace as it is!

Easy solution: increase the default padding between the actual number and the progress bar, so when the “goal surpassed” text appears, it doesn’t throw off the alignment with other widgets!

I haven’t tried to use these because I thought that visually they are kinda confusing.

Specifically it is strange that the bar is ‘filling up’ but the Goal amount is not at a ‘full bar’.

Additionally, the Up/Down arrow typically depicts a trend (like on scorecards), but here it is just whether or not the goal has been hit.

I wonder if it’d be possible to choose between having the goal amount be indicated by either the “threshold line” or by a full progress bar… from my POV it makes sense to have the goal indication be a vertical progress line, but that could be difficult to indicate once the goal had been surpassed… 

Ex: goal of X percent of users completing a required training before the due date -- we’d still want to see how far past the goal we were if it was surpassed.
