Knock Off Participants while JO is in Paused

We paused a program to give our teams time to review if people needed to receive the next email in the series.  Now, we have a list of participants that we need to knock off, but we aren’t able to do it while the program is still paused.  Since the list is a little bit long, and I need to check them off individually, I’m worried that the next step will fire before I’ve removed all the participants that need to be removed.  Would be great if you could adjust participant lists or criteria while a program is paused.

      @heather_hansen what was your experience here? I’m finding myself in the same situation. We recently needed to pause all of our JO programs during a territory transition exercise. Now that accounts have shifted, I need to remove my in-flight participants from a program, but that program is Paused and I can’t knock them off. 😫

      Wound up just cloning and creating a new program because I didn’t trust that I could remove them before the email triggered.
