Knowledge Table of Contents

The Table of Contents widget should ALWAYS be visible. When someone is viewing an Article/Topic, it is replaced by Related Topics - that’s not helpful, the TOC would be MORE helpful to most users.

Make this widget available on the Article view, please.

It would ALSO be better if it was on the LEFT side of the screen, like every other help site/platform in the world...
