Link to an Integrated Article from an engagement or article

I would like to be able to link to an integrated article from a tooltip/dialog in an engagement step-through. It would be great if I could link to a specific Integrated Article directly from the engagement. Along the same lines, it would be great to link to a “recommended next” article from an article.

I know I can link to an external URL, but I can’t find a link to use that would open a specific integrated article for the user.

    This is an important ask, this way we can create a link to additional articles within the Bot, that will have already been Localized for languages, rather than sending the learner to another url.
