Load to Gainsight Objects

Why is it that I can use the Rules Engine to update any Salesforce object [i]except the Gainsight ones?

It's OK for me to use a rule to change an Opportunity, but not to load to the Gainsight survey table?

      This idea has been marked as implemented, but I’m not sure that it is. i.e. Rules Engine still doesn’t allow for writing to Call to Action or CSTasks. Is there an update on this that maybe I missed? 

      @pele Thanks for the note! I have changed the Status accordingly. 

      Success plans we have it in our near term road-map and CTA would take time. Thanks!!

        I agree @pele, it would be incredibly helpful to load to CSTasks object. I would like to be able to load to Timeline as well. I would love a way to load historical data to these objects, especially timeline.
