Log Product Requests from the R360

One of the main Use Cases for R360 is for them to be products or product lines. To be able to log Product Requests or Enhancement Request from the R360 would tie them directly to those specific products, and beyond that, many CSMs/end-users work in their perspective R360s vs C360s. This would be a very valuable feature, and save users having to hop back and forth between the C360 and R360. 

 

Even having it log to C360 but be able to access and log from R360 would be valuable.

    Absolutely! This would resonate with a lot of customers that are in the multi product domain already or due to recent M&A’s 

    Having the PR’s tracked & associated to the right entity will keep it more organized, productive & stay on top of the relevant updates to keep their customers in loop about these advancements & changes.
