I was told from Support that this is an enhancement request, and not a bug.
When you build a report with a field value that requires wrapping due to length, it appears misaligned with the other field labels on the report. See the screenshot below, where I have a table of Names on the Y axis. The individual with the longer name that requires wrapping (due to the size of the chart on the dashboard) causes the name to be pushed to the left, misaligned from the other names.
This should be rectified so all fields on the same axis are aligned together.
