Lookup field defaults to GSID, but email or admin controlled would be better end user experience

When adding a lookup field to a Success Plan and setting the “Display Name” to Full Name or other value that is NULL, then it defaults to the GSID. 

This is not a good end user experience as they do not know the person from the GSID, but allowing the admin to control the default field or showing the email would be more end user friendly.
