Make Browser Tab Clearer for Report Builder
Can we have Report Builder tabs have the same naming convention as Rules Engine? Right now, when we have multiple report tabs open, they're all prefixed with "Reporting 2.0," which can be confusing.

This is a minor UI enhancement, adding this to our product backlog, I will update here once this is taken for development.
