Make Content Syndication configuration settings visible after setup

Once a Content Syndication configuration (“Consumer”) is created, some settings are no longer visible. In particular, there’s no way to confirm whether it uses seamless access or requires learners to log in.

It would be helpful to display these settings in the Consumer’s details so admins can easily verify the configuration and troubleshoot learner access.
