Make In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot) draggable on mobile

Currently, there is an option to make the KC Bot draggable so that users can move it around the screen. However, this option does not currently work for users on mobile devices.

We have more and more customers utilizing our platform on tablets and other mobile devices and the KC Bot covers essential UI features on certain pages. 

Please ensure that the knowledge center bot draggable option can be used on all devices to ensure accessibility. Thank you!
