Make KPI widgets responsive on external 360s

Make KPI widgets responsive when placed on an external 360 page. 

When an KPI report is measured against a dynamic goal and the goal is surpassed. The goal surpassed text pushes the actual metrics out of the container for the widget. 

Make the font sizes consistent as well. One widget will have 20pt font while the one right next to it has 12pt font. 

The widgets only render properly when on a screen resolution smaller than 1920 x 1080.
