Allow Note Templates to be reportable. I see you are already capturing the number of times it has been used. I want to see more info, like who used it and when.
For example, I would like to be able to see which Timeline Entry a Note Template was used on. From there, I should be able to see who used it and when.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
