Make Success Plan Objectives from Global Templates Visible in Cockpit

Currently, it appears as though Objectives added to Success Plans based on pre-configured Global-level templates do NOT show up in Cockpit. I’ve tested this a confirmed that the Status of the Success Plan is active, it is assigned to the correct user, etc, and I’ve even tried creating a custom Cockpit view that is filtered to specifically Objective CTA’s - no dice.

 

I was only able to get the Objective CTA’s to show up in Cockpit after creating a new Template at the Company level, and applying that. This seems like a gap - any chance we can get it resolved?

    I have a very strong memory of this not being the case as early as 2 years ago. Can product please confirm and advise whether this was indeed changed and thereby restricted?

      I’m with you, I didn’t have this issue when I first worked with setting up Success Plans a few years back but it came up during some work at the time I posted this. I haven’t re-checked to see if it was a temporary bug that has since been resolved etc but I assume the renewed interest here means that it has not.
