We are using MDA for our usage data and since the Usage Tracker still doesn't work with MDA we are not surfacing the Usage Tracker widget on the C360.

Unfortunately, the Usage Tracker widget is the only clean & simple way to manually set Milestones.

We've surfaced a new section on C360 with a Milestone report attached and even though there is an +ADD button, it does not populate the current account when you click it.  Gainsight support says it is because

"the account lookup field in milestone object use a custom field and so it is not to possible to pre-populate it with a standard URL Parameter. The field id for those fields will vary and there is no such way of knowing it.  For standard objects like case, opportunity etc. the account lookup is a standard field and can be generalized to pre-populate the values."

The only other apparent way to manually set a Milestone is to manually create a CTA and hit the milestone button which is extra effort for CSMs and makes reporting difficult.

It would be so much simpler if:

A) The Milestone tracker was made independent of the Usage Tracker, or
😎 Better yet, the Usage Tracker was redesigned to leverage MDA tables, so we can surface the entire section and get the most value from it.
