Make the V2 editor available for Sliders and Dialogs

My teams is starting to use the V2 editor for guides. However, the V2 editor is not yet available for other types of engagements.  Although in-app editing is not applicable for other engagement types, we would like Gainsight PX to use the same V2 editor for other engagement types.

Rationale

• Navigation within the editors is very different, and it is hard to remember what to do when switching editors. For example, in sliders, you go to a different place to move  between steps. And in all engagements, you to to a different place to get to the HTML code view.
• Additional custom button types are available only in the V2 editor. I would like to be able to add a button to open the KC bot from a What’s new announcement (slider or dialog) that announces new or updated self-help content in the KC bot.
