Make Tracking Status Column in People Section of C360/R360 Editable by Admin

Within the People Section for C360 and R360, there is a column called “Tracking Status”. The location of that column within the layout cannot be adjusted nor can it be removed completely. The ask here is that the “Tracking Status” column be able to be edited -- to be removed or at least be able to change placement on the table so we can move it to the end. 

 

We are not currently utilizing Sponsor Tracking, so you can see in the image below that it is just a big blank column front and center for our users. It is very inconvenient as it blocks other valuable information from being seen first.

    I was looking to see if someone posted something about this first before I did, so I’m happy to have stumbled across this one!

    We also are currently not using Sponsor Tracking in Gainsight, so being able to have control over what we do with the Tracking Status column would be awesome. Additionally, it seems we are unable to remove the “Tracking Updates” and “Tracking History” tabs from the View Details tab. Ideally since we aren’t using this feature, we wouldn’t want to show these unused tabs.
