Make URL Fields Available on New Timeline Activity

I think that it would be neat if these two updates were considered:

1. New Timeline Activity Type: Survey Response
2. URL Fields made available for use on Milestone and/or this proposed Survey activity

I’ve recently been leveraging the Rules Engine to create a Milestone Timeline Activity and have had to concatenate some survey details into a single STRING field to get that data reviewable, including the Response URL.

The result is something that is functional but not visually appealing. The goal is to provide CSMs with high-level, reviewable survey response data while they are reviewing the Timeline to assess their book of business.
