Making it possible to write an article in several languages

As an example, we have customers who are Dutch, but we also have a large group who speak English and do not master the Dutch language. It would be nice to be able to write an article in several languages, so that the customer can switch to read the topic in his/her language without affecting the content or having the other language in the topic itself.
