Making simple to use "in" Operator in filters in Reports and Dashboards

When we use string field in the report filters or Dashboard golbal filters, it is allowing us to use “in” operator. But, we have to enter the values one by one. There is no simple way to add values at a time.

Assume that we have 30-50 values to filter for analytics. But, we have to enter these values one by one, we cannot add them at a time with any separator. So, it would be easy if we can provide an option to take multiple values at a time with any separator.
