As a Staircase + Gainsight admin, I'd like to be able to measure the value of the automated email notifications and summaries sent from Staircase.
To do this, it would be extremely helpful to have access to the common email metrics that we’d find in other platforms: Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click-Though Rate, etc.
This allows us to understand whether the notifications that have been configured are being used, and if so by whom.
That way we can easily determine if we need to adjust, improve, or altogether remove notifications based on email engagement data.
