Use Case:
A Meeting Entry in Timeline is created by Syncing with Outlook. The meeting object has both Internal and External Attendees in it. The External Attendee list could be long - say 15 people of which only a few attendees may be able to attend a given instance of a meeting series and these few attendees will vary from meeting to meeting.
Currently Gainsight only allows to "Remove" meeting Attendees using the "X" mark. If an invite did not join a meeting instance, the only way to reflect that in the Meeting entry is to remove them from the meeting. However, this will prevent the post-meeting summary from going to the non-attendees.
We need a way to select only the users attending the meeting when running the meeting. Once the meeting has ended, we need a way to send the meeting summary every attendee in the meeting invitee list, irrespective of whether they attended the given meeting or not (so that they can still get up-to-date on the meeting summary).
Outlook +OneNote integration achieves this by , allowing to check-box only those invitees who attended the meeting, but can still send a meeting summary to the entire invitee list.
Is this type of improvement available in Gainsight CS?
