Admin and Moderator search on front end

1. Search on Email addresses- this gives access to front end profile/content and larger content context. 

Currently we need to search on the back end and then go into the front end again to the profile to really see them- avatar, content, activity.

I know we can access content from the backend- but it doesnt really give the ‘picture’ view of the member that the front end does. 

2. Front end search on user Name- currently you see a result if the person has posted content  but this comes up negative if the person has not posted content yet (ie lurkers or newbies).
