Member Group Owners really need to be able to see members email addresses.
This is important for validating if they are actual customer, and in some cases to see which company to ensure there is no issue with competitors accessing a specific area.

Right now- I have to look up each person who requested to join via the admin panel/user lookup to see what their email addresses are to determine if they should be approved.
The better experience for group owners would be if that email surfaced on the pending membership page in addition to the user avatar and name.
It wouldn't be fair to ask the group owners to go through that look up process so I am doing it now but def not scalable.
