More support for Inline Edit

This is very similar to the use case I communicated in this idea from yesterday! We definitely need to expand the inline editability of fields generally

+1 , it would be a huge improvement in user experience if we could support inline editing for Success Plans and especially the Success Plans tab to mirror the Cockpit experience. It makes it difficult to encourage usage of success plans when you have to click in to each one to edit.

Can we please get support for both CTAs and Success Plans re: inline editing in reports? Especially Success Plans, since the list view for Success Plans is so limited, leaving our users doubly frustrated without a way to update Success Plan details in mass. 

+1 to enhanced In-Line Editing capabilities.

Being able to update certain fields of a Success Plan directly in a Report would help them greatly. Currently they have to navigate to a Report, then navigate into the SP to make the needed changes. Eliminating the need to go into the SP would save a lot of time. 

I would like to formally request “More support for Inline Edit,” specifically expanding the fields and objects that support in-line editing beyond the currently limited set.

This limitation is having a significant operational impact within our organization. A department that represents approximately half of our total users is strongly affected by the lack of broader in-line editing capability. As a result, this department is now actively discussing discontinuing the use of Gainsight due to usability constraints.

We highly value Gainsight and would like to continue expanding our adoption; however, without improved in-line editing coverage, it is becoming very difficult for these users to perform their daily work efficiently.
