More than one event type in Community
Hello,
Currently, Gainsight Community only allows one event type to be assigned to an event. This limits our ability to categorize events effectively and makes it harder for members to find training relevant to their needs.
Requested Enhancement
Allow Community admins to assign multiple event types or tags to a single event, enabling members to discover and filter events across multiple categories.
Example Use Case
We offer product training across multiple regions. Ideally, we would like to categorize each event by both:
- Region: North America, EMEA, APAC
- Product: Explore, Analyze, Mira Studio, etc.
For example, a customer looking for Explore training in EMEA should be able to filter events by both Explore and EMEA to find relevant sessions.
