More Topic Configurability/Rules

Staircase has a lot of useful topics, but we would like the ability to tune more of them across our different engagement models. For example, “No Reac-out to stakeholder” is generally defined as: “There has been no communication or engagement with a specific stakeholder for a certain
period, which could affect the relationship and account health”.

In the topic though, there doesn’t seem to be a configurable range like you see for the “Stakeholder not engaged” topic.

This might be an insight that is calculated just based on your tiering, so you get the timing based on that analysis, but it’s not super clear from the setup given that others have rules you can apply.

At any rate, it would be helpful to be able to fine tune these areas for different tiers as needed, and would work well with this idea:
