There are several ways to move content on the community.
But it is not possible to move comments to ideas.
Use case:
a user gives product feedback as a comment to a question. another user piggybacks on that and directly replies to that comment in order to discuss about that idea.
i now want to convert the first comment into a new idea, and that would work.
But i cannot move the second comment to that new idea.

Unfortunately, moving replies to/from ideas is still an inconsistency that we have between content types.
I’ll change the status to ‘Open’, so that we can get more input on when to prioritise this.

Sometimes we get Product Questions as a Comment under Ideas.
Our Support Team doesn’t see those in Ideation, and we have to ask members to submit them again as a new Question → not a great experience. If us moderators could just move those comments and convert them to a topic, it would be much better. just like we can do in the other modules.
I know this doesn't have that much votes (yet) but this should be a no brainer tbh. Same goes for Product Updates. We should be able to move posts to and from al content, as wel as converting posts to a new topic. Been waiting for this since we are using PU's.
