Similar to Salesforce, is it possible to add multiple criteria to a single filter separated by a comma for text fields??
E.G. Case Record Type = Type 1, Type 2, Type 3
Currently, we have to use the advanced logic to do:
Case Record Type = Type 1 ; Case Record Type = Type 2 ; Case Record Type = Type 2
(A OR B OR C)

Thanks Pat and Jeff. This is a good ask and we will accommodate it in forthcoming releases. Will keep you updated on this. Please continue using "OR" in the meantime.
This would be very useful for product usage reports. I want to see customers who have done A, B, and C in the same filter.
+4Any idea when this will get included? It would be such a time saver anywhere you need to filter for multiple values
