Hello Guys,

 

We have CSM’s spread across APAC. So we are waiting for GS to roll out native language support.

 

Is it on your road map?

Gainsight evidently has supported at least localization into Japanese since 2023: https://support.gainsight.com/gainsight_nxt/Release_Notes/2023/Gainsight_NXT_Release_Notes_6.36_April-May_2023 however, this is only available at the tenant level. 

While it’s not explicitly clear from this post, I want to clarify with my comment here that not only should localization be supported, but it needs to be supported at the user level. 

We are also a global organization, and not all of our users have the same language needs. The lack of Japanese support is stark, and we cannot simply convert our whole tenant into Japanese as that would cause other problems. And spinning up a second tenant for those APAC users is a non-starter.

I want to clarify with my comment here that not only should localization be supported, but it needs to be supported at the user level. 

 

User-level language settings would be immensely valuable.

User-level is our north star (both for external and internal).

Regional office doesn’t mean the same preferred language.
