Currently, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can be enabled for a Gainsight CS Instance, but it is typically enforced at the Identity Provider (IdP) level, such as Okta, Azure or Microsoft Entra. Gainsight relies on the IdP’s enforcement of MFA during the authentication process. It does not natively support MFA for direct logins.

It would be great to have a Gainsight native MFA Support for direct logins so that we can add a second layer of authentication for an instance without/until on SSO.
