Currently, I believe the only way to setup a 301 redirect from one Gainsight Community URL to another is by leveraging professional services.
There should be an administrator setting which grants admins the ability to do this in the Control environment. We often have popular articles published ~5-10 years ago which are still regularly referenced in search and we don’t want to archive them.
Revising them is not ideal because they typically have an Anonymous author. We’d like to attribute this to an active employee while minimizing disruption to the old activity. Bonus points if we can do batch URL redirects!
