Hi,
I need to be able to see specific devices (not Tablet vs Mobile, but actually “iphone 12”, “Samsung S20”, etc).
I’ve not figure out a way to do that yet. When I create a Report with the report builder, the only visibility is I get is Type of Device (tablet, mobile, web).
And with the Mobile Widget, it does show some device names, but because of so many devices, the “Other” Category takes 99% and therefore it is not useful at all.
We are working on improving our responsive design, and we need that detail.
The system is capturing it somewhere clearly, but not sure how I can create a Report that gives me something like this>
