Request:
Give users the ability to bulk delete attachments via Attachment tab in 360 and reports.
Why?
We love that you can now see all attachments in the 360 views, but we’re noticing a lot of spam within those lists. Most of them seem to come from email signatures that get captured as attachments.
Current workaround:
Right now, some users manually delete each attachment that’s spam/noise. This is time consuming and unrealistic. Instead most users just leave a ton of spam in the Attachments which makes it near impossible to find the valuable/meaningful attachments for some customers.
