New CC-CS OOTB Dashboard

As someone very interested in the CC+CS integration, I’m going to be watching this one quite closely. Really don’t want to have to rebuild a bunch of reports when I’ll already be busy building new CC+CS journeys.

@dayn.johnson it’s juts tedious as it’s not necessarily a rebuild but just a clone. I tried to make the most of it and use them on my existing C360 section for Community Activity but this was pretty useless because of the lack of drilldown helpfulness, and the filters were pretty useless (e.g. New Registrations but no date filter)

Glad to hear it, thank you for that info! I’m still surprised that the OOTB reports don’t offer the ability to customize them. I suppose I should probably view them more as a case “this is what’s possible” and then build the reports in DD so I can merge in our other data as needed.

We don’t have CC (yet), but are in the planning stages, so I’m trying to get a better handle on what I might want to have prepared when we actually move forward. 😀
