We’re changing how we use Relationships, and I would amend this user story to be “...Company *or* relationship-level field updates”.
Also, if I’m being honest, this is one of the main complaints I’ve had from users *in general* about Gainsight - you have to go to a bunch of places to do any one process, because everything is scattered.
Imagine trying to explain to your users “you can edit *this* attribute here, but you have to use the nearly identical report below it to edit the other X Attributes”. It doesn’t make sense and is honestly a pretty critical platform issue for user adoption @revathimenon @ChiragJ @dstokowski
