Notification Center - list up to date

Could the Notification Center display an accurate list of published content, and not the content that that has been deleted?

If the user clicks on the deleted article still available here, it leads to a “Page not found” page. I understand that the system is functioning as designed, therefore with this enhancement, we will enhance the customer experience.
