Notification center: show private messages also in the profile icon

Now that Notification Center has been launched, the notifications of new private messages are only shown in the Notification Center.

In the Notification Center they easily get lost and mixed up with other notifications → please bring them back to the profile icon :)

    For me, having them appear on both would be great too - that way it works for everyone!

    This is still a feature that would be highly beneficial, to make sure that private messages won’t go unnoticed among other less relevant (in my opinion) things. Any updates or opinions? 😊

      I struggle with this as well… eventhough our community just launched, I already have soo much private messages and I miss them as they are getting mixed up with comments etc. So, if there is a way to make them more stand out so that I don't miss them that would be great.
