Limiting Gainsight Home update notifications to app-only instead of allowing Email and Slack updates seems like a very big design miss. There are enough frustrations from us admins as it is with the lack of ability to force push an update or reset users’ Home personalizations. Limiting their alert options for when they get notified of an update makes this pain even harder.
What is even worse is that the Email and Slack options are not greyed out. It is just not clickable. So it feels like something is broken at first.
