I would like to request an enhancement for Gainsight CE LMS to introduce a notification trigger based on course age.
Scenario:
When a course is added to the LMS, the system should be able to track the time since its last update. After 6 months, the course owner should receive an automated reminder email with the message:
“This course was last updated 6 months ago. Kindly review and update if necessary.”
Current Limitation:
Based on my analysis, the current LMS does not support:

Assigning ownership to individual courses.

Triggering time-based notification reminders tied to course updates.
This feature would be extremely helpful in ensuring that learning content remains up-to-date and relevant.
