NPS Import add Native Excel Date Formatting

When using the NPS Import function, it can be very frustrating that there are only 4 date formats available when the native date format for Excel is MM/DD/YYYY and this is not one of the 4 options. If you save the file you want to import as a .csv and then reopen it in Excel for any reason, it will revert all of those dates to the native format even if you have changed them in the version you had saved to your .csv file (because the .csv removes all formatting and then Excel reinterprets the dates into its format when you open it). It would be much easier if the import tool could accept date formats that are native to Excel.
