As admins, we need functionality via rules to edit fields on Activity timeline, CTA and Success Plans like how Relationship MDA or Customer MDA updates available. Even if it could be extended for other commonly used Standard/System MDAs would be more beneficial.

Every time we wanted to re-associate an activity timeline from C360 to R360 we are requested to submit a support request to Gainsight. And most of the cases, we are heard back saying there is no operational support by Gainsight.

Similarly CTA or Success Plan objects, if we wanted to update new custom fields or existing some standard fields, we have no option left other than raising support request.

We did opt the same process Heather, like additional MDA.

I think we shouldn’t opt that since not all business scenario wanted to trigger changes a day later or cron schedule might be but the most best way is instantaneous updates with in same MDA.

Thank you for sharing the feedback. Enhancing rules engine to update success plan fields is in medium term roadmap. 


@Anil Raj Pujari , Thank you for the roadmap info. Any update on which future release? would be great. Also all fields edit functionality we need even for Activity Timeline and CTA.

Success Plan indeed help but looking at other major standard and system MDA there should be similar prospective bulk change functionality within Gainsight is additional administrative support for operational exceptions.

Load to Gainsight Standard Objects/System Objects actions would be expected.
