On a gauge report (and probably others), because the Report name and the Report tools (i.e. refresh, change visualization, etc) are on the same "row", the name of the report vanishes when you make a widget small to conserve space on a dashboard. 
 

This may not technically be a "bug" but it affects the usability of the dashboard, not to mention the aesthetics, and forces me to make the report widget to take up more real estate to compensate. 
 

Both of those screenshots above are on my laptop in full screen.  I have a large, extra wide secondary monitor, and have to open the window more than halfway the size of my screen in order to see the small one.

The Report Name should be in a relative fixed position on the report, with the report tools on a tier below it.
